Go to your iTunes and right click on a song, press Get Info and then go to the lyrics tab. You can enter the words into that section.

Hack your iPod touch from jailbreakme.com using your safari in the iPod.
When it's done, click on Installer.
Search for a program named TuneWiki and then install it.
