I really don't even care right now, but 'What's it all about, Alfie'?
Why do some people have nothing better to do than report harmless song lyrics?
You are correct some have nothing better to do.
Reply:cause they are narks

Reply:Typically, song lyrics used in questions are considered violations of the question-and-answer format (as they aren't considered questions) or the lyrics themselves violate guidelines in some way. It may be harmless to you, but not harmless to children using the site (or basically, again, a violation of guidelines based on content).
Do a search on the Wrongful Violations board (http://messages.answers.yahoo.com/Answer... ) for questions regarding this subject.
However, if a violation notice wasn't received, there are other reasons for a removal of an answer, question, or comment:
See http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/answers... .
Also, note (in the case of violations) that either a user(s) reported you for an abuse of guidelines OR a Y/A staffer/software just pulled the question or answer off. It's just a system that combines human discretion with various automated software, so mistakes happen. We can't tell you for sure, so you should try to get an official answer from Y/A by e-mailing y_answrs_team@yahoo.com .
Reply:I know it really is upsetting.
Reply:People may see it as some sort of chatting, or not really being a question.
Reply:If you post any material, song lyrics or anyuthing else, that is R Rated, it's not considered appropriate for this forum, no matter how harmless you may think they may be. Check out the Community Guidelines.
