What do you people think of having song lyrics as a tattoo?

i mean the font is big thing.


but not like a full song but just maybe one quotation?

What do you people think of having song lyrics as a tattoo?
I think its a pretty cool idea as long as the song means something to you. I wouldn't just get some random song that I like. Like, let's say that you're married and your wedding song is (insert random song name here). That would be cool to get a quotation from that song, because it's important to you.





The only thing you'd have to worry about is placement. Its sort of hard to find a spot to do something like that, depending on how long the quote is. You might think about getting it on maybe your arm, or your chest, or your stomach?





Its a difficult decision, deciding on placement.
Reply:I like the idea. If it were me, I would pick out one specific line or chorus that meant something special to me. Because I'm a girl, I would probably have a girly type font like agnes or italic. Browse through different font sites and pick one you like.


I have seen some beautiful tattoos with song lyrics. One was a sleeve type that started at her shoulder and wrapped around her to her wrist.
Reply:its OK...as long as it not a cheesy lyric..and make sure it has a strong meaning to you...other wise in a couple of month you will regret it....


if i was you i would think about whether i really want some lyrics on my skin 4 DA REST MY LIFE...THINK ABOUT IT...try seein about wat else u can put there...like a symbol...

my brother had 1 line from each of his 10 favourite songs written into a new song across the top of his shoulder, it looks really good, and is a good talking point (the ladies love it!!)
Reply:I think its a great idea. I will actually be doing that sometime in the near future. Im getting lyrics from the song In my Life by The Beatles. Its for my dad who passed away.

Make sure you're really sure love that quote before you get it done, as you may get over it eventually.
